What type of training programs are available?

There are several different programmes that we have available to ensure enjoyment and results for our clients.

How much does personal training cost?

There are a few different options in regards to pricing. Generally, a one-on-one gym session starts from £35 which includes all of your nutrition plans and workout plans specifically tailored to you.

This will additionally include guidance throughout to make sure you are on the right path.

​

The cost per session will drastically go down when investing in a 10 week block course of sessions.

What if I am not satisfied with results?

With my decade of experience in weight loss and muscle gain I have absolutely no doubt you won't reach your set goals. There is a science behind the two which guarantees results.

If for whatever reason you do not see any results I would be happy to reimburse any money paid.
